THE PRE ORDERS ARE USUALLY NON RETURNABLE BECAUSE OF THE BESPOKE OR PERSONALISATION NATURE OF GOODS
In the unlikely event you do receive a faulty item please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your package via our email at hello@sarahjerath.co.uk. Please email a photo and full description of the fault for return details. We will only accept faulty items if the item was received damaged . Returns are accepted on faulty items within 14 days from the date of delivery.

HOW TO SEND YOUR RETURN
For all returns, please use a reputable courier company such as DHL. Once the item has been received back it will be reviewed and once cleared, you will directly receive your refund with a status email notification of your refund. Please note your own return postage costs are non refundable. We are not liable for the loss of items being returned. We recommend using a traceable delivery method and please remember to take note of your tracking number.
